E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

Looms & Weaves is looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels, including Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, an interest in e-commerce, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Create and update product listings, catalogues, and product information.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery.
- Track order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate sales records and operational reports.




- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily e-commerce activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good computer skills and basic technical knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage tasks responsibly.
