- Manage the overall operations of the vehicle service department.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure high standards of repair quality, customer satisfaction, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor daily workshop productivity, job allocation, and repair progress.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor service revenue, labour sales, workshop efficiency, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair as per manufacturer standards.
- Monitor customer feedback, service retention, and repeat business.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, dealership policies, and manufacturer service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Identify training needs and improve the technical and customer-handling skills of employees.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
