Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced BAMS Doctor to manage emergency cases during the night shift, provide initial medical assessment, stabilize patients, and ensure smooth handling of emergency and inpatient department (IPD) cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to emergency patients and provide immediate medical assessment and initial treatment.
- Manage IPD patients and monitor their health conditions during the night shift.
- Perform primary assessment and stabilization of patients in emergencies.
- Identify critical cases and coordinate timely referrals to specialists or higher medical facilities.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and medical documentation procedures.




- Ensure proper handover of patients and pending cases to the next shift.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery).
- Valid medical registration with the relevant State Medical Council.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in emergency care, IPD, or hospital settings preferred.
- Robust clinical assessment, patient management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and respond effectively to emergencies.

Shift & Work Schedule

- Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Must be comfortable handling emergency and IPD responsibilities during night hours.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
