Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist showroom visitors and clients
- Handle front desk operations and customer inquiries
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and design teams
- Maintain client records and showroom coordination
- Ensure a professional and pleasant customer experience

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Experience in front office/customer service preferred
- Malayalam & English communication required
