- Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
- Explain product features, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Respond to incoming calls and make follow-up calls when required.
- Update customer details, complaints, feedback, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide polite, helpful, and timely support to build positive customer relationships.
- Forward unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
