Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage incoming leads and distribute them to the respective sales executives.
- Make follow-up calls to clients and update lead status regularly.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and records.
- Schedule client meetings, property site visits, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with clients regarding property details, pricing, availability, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Track sales targets, lead conversion, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams regarding new leads and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely communication between clients, sales executives, and management.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide necessary information.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and transaction updates, where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; a business-related qualification is preferred.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.

Experience

- Freshers may apply if they have good communication and computer skills.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
