Role Overview:

The Captain is responsible for supervising the service team and ensuring smooth food and beverage operations within the hotel. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service while maintaining hotel standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations.
- Ensure timely and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel SOPs.
- Monitor service quality and maintain guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel food and beverage service, preferably as a Captain.
- Positive communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
- Well-groomed, guest-focused, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
