We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 7–9 years of experience in web application development, specializing in Node.js and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, database design, API development, and modern frontend technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable applications, developing robust backend services, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop efficient backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, indexes, and queries.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other developers.
- Manage application deployment and maintenance using cloud platforms.




- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–9 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, including database design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Redis, caching mechanisms, and message queues.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and system design.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
