Job Summary

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. (HHPL) is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Senior Fashion Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in fashion design and apparel product development.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fabric selection, fitting, and end-to-end product development. Experience working with US, UK, European, or other international markets will be highly preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts, fashion trends, and client requirements into commercially viable, high-quality garments while managing the complete product development process, from initial concept and technical design to sampling, fitting, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Research international fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and consumer preferences to develop relevant design concepts.
- Create original designs, mood boards, technical flats, and seasonal collections based on market requirements and client briefs.
- Design a range of apparel, including formalwear, casualwear, jackets, coats, suits, trousers, shirts, and occasionwear.
- Prepare detailed technical packs (tech packs), specification sheets, measurement charts, construction details, and garment documentation.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for fashion illustrations, technical drawings, and design development.
- Use CLO 3D for digital garment visualisation and 3D prototyping, where applicable.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sample developers, production teams, vendors, and manufacturers throughout the product development cycle.
- Conduct garment fittings, review samples, identify fit and construction issues, and provide technical corrections.




- Source and select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials in line with design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure garments meet required measurements, fit standards, construction quality, and finishing expectations.
- Manage product development timelines, sample submissions, approvals, revisions, and production follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of design and product development activities.
- Provide guidance to junior designers and support the team in maintaining design quality and technical accuracy.
- Ensure designs align with client expectations, commercial requirements, and international market standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–4 years of professional experience in fashion design, apparel design, or garment product development.
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fitting, fabric selection, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of CLO 3D will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating technical flats, detailed tech packs, measurement charts, and garment specifications.
- Understanding of international sizing systems, fit standards, and premium garment construction.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into production-ready garments.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with design, sampling, and production teams.




- Ability to manage multiple styles and product development timelines independently.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with US, UK, European, or other international fashion clients.
- Exposure to premium fashion, contemporary apparel, formalwear, tailoring, or occasionwear.
- Experience managing the complete product development cycle, from concept development to sampling and production.
- Knowledge of international fashion trends, garment specifications, quality expectations, and client requirements.
- Experience with CLO 3D garment simulation and digital product development.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing their fashion design and technical capabilities. The portfolio should ideally include:

- Original fashion designs and seasonal collections.
- Technical flats and fashion illustrations.
- Detailed tech packs and garment specification sheets.
- Garment construction, pattern development, and fitting work.
- Sample development and finished garment photographs.
- CLO 3D projects or digital garment visualisations, if available.
- Previous work developed for international clients, where applicable and permitted to share.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a fashion design professional who combines creativity with solid technical expertise and can independently manage the end-to-end garment development process.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable coordinating with pattern makers, sampling teams, vendors, and production departments. Preference will be given to candidates with solid garment construction knowledge, premium finishing experience, and exposure to international fashion markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
