Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners and customers for residential and commercial property requirements.

About the Role

We are hiring a Property Field Executive to visit properties that are available for sale or rent.

The role mainly involves visiting the assigned property, taking photos and videos, collecting basic information, and sharing the details with the Zorba Estates team.

This is a field-based position with regular travel across Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

- Visit assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate with the owner or property contact before the visit.
- Take clear photographs of the property.
- Record short property videos when required.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, kitchen, exterior, entrance, parking, balcony, and surroundings.
- Collect basic details about the property.
- Note information such as location, property type, area, price, and availability.
- Send photographs, videos, and property details to the internal team.
- Inform the team about any changes or updates noticed during the visit.




- Maintain a record of completed property visits.
- Follow the assigned daily visit schedule.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding upcoming visits.
- Travel to different property locations within Bengaluru.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Personal two-wheeler required.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Able to take clear property photographs and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview assessment.
