Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Location: Vellore

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
- Monitor work quality, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare daily site visit reports and update management on project progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility and Skills

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in site supervision is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.




- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.

- Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Working Conditions

The candidate must be willing to travel regularly to different project sites and ensure smooth execution of site activities.
