Job Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical sessions related to the assigned course.
- Explain concepts using real-world examples and industry practices.
- Guide learners through hands-on exercises, assignments, and live projects.
- Prepare learning materials, presentations, practical tasks, and assessments.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help learners troubleshoot technical or practical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Support learners with project development, portfolio building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Maintain a qualified, interactive, and supportive learning environment.

Educational Qualifications

1. Digital Marketing with AI

- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Mass Communication, or related fields are preferred.




- Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

2. Full Stack Development

- BCA, B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology, MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Strong programming fundamentals and practical web development knowledge are essential.

3. DevOps with AWS

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Relevant cloud computing or DevOps certifications are an added advantage.

4. Data Analytics & AI

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant AI, machine learning, or data analytics certifications are an added advantage.

5. Cyber Security

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications and practical security knowledge are an added advantage.

Required Skills and Experience

- 0–1 years of relevant experience in the assigned domain.
- Strong subject knowledge and hands-on practical experience.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Familiarity with industry tools, technologies, and practical projects relevant to the assigned course.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and learner development.
- Ability to manage sessions and work collaboratively.

Course-Specific Technical Skills

Digital Marketing with AI

- SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Full Stack Development

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, backend development, databases, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.

DevOps with AWS

- AWS services, Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud deployment.

Data Analytics & AI

- Python, SQL, data analysis, data visualization, statistics, machine learning, and AI/ML frameworks.

Cyber Security

- Networking, Linux, security fundamentals, vulnerability assessment, ethical hacking tools, and defensive security practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with practical industry experience and project knowledge.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts through real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to continuously update technical knowledge and adopt new tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
