Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of production machinery and utility equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and minimizing machine downtime in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of rubber moulding, injection moulding, mixing and auxiliary machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Maintain utility equipment, including compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, DG sets and transformers.
- Support installation, commissioning and calibration of new machines.
- Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S and annual shutdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience





- Hands-on experience in rubber moulding and/or injection moulding machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs and automation.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of utility maintenance, spare parts planning and maintenance documentation.
- Positive problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Industry: Rubber, Polymer, Automotive Components, Plastics, Packaging, or similar manufacturing industries.
