About the Company

Raisoni Jauharis is a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery manufacturing and retail brand, committed to quality, transparency, and excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Surat office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Record and manage transactions using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist with GST-related accounting, GST reconciliation, and return preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify daily banking transactions.
- Maintain cash books, petty cash records, and expense statements.
- Track vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain financial records, accounting reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist senior accountants with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Support inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of jewellery purchases, sales, and manufacturing-related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment, and accounting requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
- Understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Previous accounting experience in the jewellery, diamond, manufacturing, or retail industry.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and purchase/sales reconciliation.
- Familiarity with GST invoices, e-invoicing, and accounting compliance.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
