About Us

Kothari Kreation is a Surat-based saree manufacturer selling online since 2021. We produce digitally printed georgette and weightless sarees in-house and ship 250+ orders a day through Meesho. We now want to grow sales further, on Meesho and on new platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for an e-commerce expert who knows the major selling platforms inside out and can help us grow sales profitably. Along with growing sales, you will run our daily dispatch and keep us informed about stock. You will work directly with the owners.

Responsibilities

Sales Growth

- Manage our Meesho seller account: listings, pricing, catalog uploads and catalog rejections

- Plan and monitor ad campaigns; report ad spend, sales and profit per order every week

- Grow orders without cutting into profit per order

- Recommend which new platforms we should launch on (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, etc.)

- Set up and manage seller accounts on new platforms once approved

- Track competitors, trending designs and market prices, and suggest what we should list next

- Handle platform sale events and supplier support tickets

- Suggest pricing and ad changes, and carry them out once approved by the owners

Dispatch

- Manage the dispatch team so every order is packed and handed to the courier within 48 hours





- Track orders packed, shipped and pending every day

- Reduce late dispatches, courier issues and wrong shipments

- Plan staff for sale days and order spikes

Stock Alerts

- Check stock levels daily against sales

- Alert the owners early when any design or colour is running low, so it can be produced in time

- Flag designs that are selling slowly

Requirements

- 3+ years in e-commerce with proven sales growth on at least one platform

- Strong hands-on experience with the Meesho seller panel

- Good working knowledge of other major platforms: Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart

- Experience running platform ads (Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon)

- Clear understanding of platform fees, returns and margins

- Experience managing dispatch for 100+ orders a day

- Good with Excel or Google Sheets

- Able to lead a small team and explain tasks simply

- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and Gujarati

Good to Have

- Experience in sarees, ethnic wear or fashion

- Experience launching a brand on a new platform from scratch
