Production Supervisor – Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM)
Location: Jamnagar
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities related to Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM).
- Monitor production processes, including moulding, debinding and sintering.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and process efficiency.
- Handle manpower allocation, shift planning and production reporting.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and minimise rejection and material wastage.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of moulding machines, debinding and sintering processes.
- Experience in production planning, manpower handling and quality control.
- Robust troubleshooting and team management skills.
