Google Ads Specialist – Agency Experience

Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on digital marketing agency experience who can manage real client campaigns, analyze performance, and improve lead generation and conversion results.

This role is suited to candidates who have practical experience working inside Google Ads accounts and want to develop their campaign management skills across multiple clients. You should understand how to structure campaigns, research keywords, control budgets, analyze search terms, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives and campaign requirements
- Work with Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, and other relevant campaign types as required
- Conduct keyword research, organize keyword groups, and analyze search terms to identify relevant traffic opportunities
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, responsive search ads, ad assets, audiences, and targeting settings
- Monitor budgets, bids, CPC, CTR, conversions, cost per lead, and other relevant performance metrics
- Review search-term reports and add negative keywords to reduce irrelevant clicks and improve traffic quality
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve qualified enquiries, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
- Review ad copy, keyword relevance, targeting, and landing-page alignment to identify performance gaps
- Check conversion tracking and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve tracking issues
- Identify underperforming campaigns, investigate possible causes, and implement appropriate optimizations
- Manage campaign budgets carefully and monitor spending against client requirements
- Prepare performance reports and communicate key findings, results, and recommended improvements
- Maintain accurate campaign records and manage multiple client accounts systematically




- Follow established optimization processes while developing the ability to make independent, data-driven campaign decisions

Experience
Minimum 6 months of practical Google Ads experience required.

Candidates must have worked with real client campaigns in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency.

Candidates with 6 months to 1 year or more of agency experience are welcome to apply. Practical campaign execution and optimization experience are more significant than certifications alone.

- Candidates who can explain the changes they have made to campaigns and how those changes affected performance
