The Indian Newsprint Manufacturers Association (INMA) is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Outreach and Awareness Executive to conduct awareness campaigns on paper recycling, waste-paper collection, segregation and responsible waste management.

The role involves visiting schools, colleges and other institutions approximately twice a week to engage with students and the wider community through interactive awareness sessions, presentations and public speaking.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable addressing groups, engaging diverse audiences and communicating environmental messages in a clear, accessible and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct awareness sessions and campaigns at schools, colleges and other educational institutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and interact with students, staff and other audience members.
- Communicate the importance of paper recycling, waste-paper collection, segregation and responsible waste management.
- Facilitate interactive activities, discussions and audience participation during campaigns.




- Travel to designated institutions and campaign locations as required.
- Coordinate with institutional representatives to organise and conduct awareness sessions.
- Maintain records of visits, attendance, campaign activities and outreach outcomes.
- Prepare basic activity reports and share feedback following each campaign.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and public-speaking skills.
- Confidence in addressing groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct interactive sessions.
- Willingness to travel to schools, colleges and other campaign locations.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate activities independently.
- An interest in environmental awareness, recycling and sustainable waste management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
