Job Summary:

The Room Service Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating in-room dining operations, ensuring prompt service, high-quality food delivery, and excellent guest satisfaction. The role involves leading the room service team, handling guest requests, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily room service operations and staff

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms

Take and process guest orders via phone or digital systems

Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality

Train and guide room service staff for efficient performance

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping departments





Monitor inventory, trays, trolleys, and service equipment

Ensure billing accuracy and proper posting of orders

Follow hotel policies, safety, and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality

2–4 years of experience in room service or F&B; service

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Good leadership and team management ability

Knowledge of POS systems and order handling

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
