Profile: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Recruitment

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Operators, Helpers, Technicians, Welders, Fitters, Machine Operators, and other shop-floor profiles.
- Source candidates through recruitment contractors, local references, job portals, social media, walk-ins and employee referrals.
- Coordinate with manpower contractors and recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, selection, joining and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure joining and reduce dropouts.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and daily/monthly MIS.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely manpower availability.





Required Skills

- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manpower sourcing.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry recruitment preferred.
- Experience with recruitment contractors/manpower agencies will be an advantage.

Working Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
