Oracle EPM Consultant (Profitability and Cost Management)

Relanto is hiring an experienced EPM Consultant with strong Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) expertise to design, develop, implement and maintain Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

What you’ll do

- Design, develop, configure and maintain Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) applications
- Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand costing, allocation, profitability and reporting requirements
- Build cost allocation and profitability models, including dimensions, hierarchies, rules, calculations and allocation drivers
- Support complex cost and revenue allocation across products, customers, services and business units
- Integrate PCM/EPM with source systems such as ERP, General Ledger and data warehouses, and perform data validation and reconciliation
- Resolve technical and functional issues in PCM models, and support enhancements, testing, deployment and production support
- Prepare technical and functional documentation,



and mentor junior EPM consultants while working with onshore/offshore teams

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of overall experience in EPM / financial systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Profitability and Cost Management (PCM)
- Strong understanding of cost allocation and profitability management, including designing allocation methodologies and drivers
- Experience with EPM dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, business rules, calculations and data models
- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts, with experience working with GL, cost centers, profit centers, products, customers and business units
- Experience with data integration and data loading from ERP/source systems
- Solid SQL skills for data extraction, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting
- Experience in application testing, defect resolution and production support
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical EPM solutions

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
