We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage our precast concrete manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall plant operations and production management

* Production planning and achieving daily/monthly targets

* Managing manpower, moulds, machinery and raw materials

* QA/QC and ensuring product quality as per specifications

* Maintenance, safety and plant efficiency

* Cost control, productivity and reduction of wastage

* Coordination with project, dispatch and site teams

Experience in setup and operations of Precast Concrete Manufacturing plant for Infra or Building (Residential/ Commercial)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil preferred.
