Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with prospective clients.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.




- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with customers.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
