Job Description

Shyam Rubber Udyog is looking for motivated and result-oriented Cloud Sales Executives to handle online leads generated through various business portals. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, sharing quotations, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads received through online portals such as IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share product details, quotations, pricing, and other relevant information with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update customer details in the company's sales system.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pricing, product availability, dispatch,



and order status.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, lead management, and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate professionally over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduates in any discipline are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, online sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
