We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with existing and prospective clients, handling follow-ups, addressing client concerns, and ensuring timely coordination with the concerned teams.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make client feedback calls and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments.
- Handle client complaints, concerns, and queries professionally.
- Receive and understand current client enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the concerned team members or seniors for timely resolution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate calling, enquiry, and follow-up records in Excel or CRM.
- Track missed calls, pending enquiries, and follow-up activities.




- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Identify potential future business requirements through client interactions.
- Keep client information and follow-up status updated.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Good client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
