ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify potential customers and generate current sales leads through calls, referrals, networking and other sources.
- Promote the company's real estate projects and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing and telesales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits and sales activities.
- Update customer information and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.




- Ensure a professional customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Fresher/ 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of property sales and the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Target-driven candidates with a positive attitude are preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and property site visits.
