### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced *Senior Civil Engineer* to join our NBCC Government Project in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for *civil estimation and execution*, including piling, basement, structural and finishing works, along with site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and site teams.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.

- Handle *civil estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation*.

- Ensure proper *execution of civil works* as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Handle and monitor *piling works*, including execution and quality checks.

- Supervise *basement works*, including excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, waterproofing, and concreting.

- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction requirements.

- Check measurements and assist in preparation and verification of *RA Bills*.

- Monitor project progress, quality, quantity, and productivity.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, supervisors, and site teams.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing,



and other civil works.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.

- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.

- Maintain proper site records, measurements, and project documentation.

### Requirements

- *Qualification:* B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- *Experience:* 5–10 years in civil construction/site execution.

- *Strong experience in Civil Estimation & Execution.*

- *Mandatory experience in piling and basement construction works.*

- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, measurements, and RA Bills.

- Robust knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.

- Good knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, excavation, and waterproofing works.

- Experience in handling site teams and contractors.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and construction documentation.

- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

- Candidates must be willing to work at *Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh*.

- *Knowledge of Telugu language will be preferred.*

- Experience in *Government / NBCC / Infrastructure Projects* will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
