ACCOUNTANT CUM LOGISTICS (Lady Staff)

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our back-office team. In this role, you will work closely with our main finance team in Dubai to handle international bookkeeping, log multi-currency transactions, track global vendor payments, and assist with data management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain daily income, expenses, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Zoho Books / other accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records of company bank transactions.
- Monitor customer payments and update payment status regularly.
- Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
- Shipment & Freight Management: Organize and track inbound and outbound shipments across various modes of transport (sea, air, and land). Coordinate closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Customs Clearance & Documentation: Prepare and verify critical import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,



certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor warehouse stock levels, cross-reference inventory with digital management systems, and report any discrepancies.
- Vendor & Carrier Negotiation: Source reliable transport carriers, negotiate competitive shipping rates, and evaluate vendor performance based on delivery times and costs.
- Order Processing: Oversee order fulfillment pipelines to ensure that B2B clients, distributors, or retail customers receive shipments on time and without damage.
- Compliance & Tracking: Ensure all logistics activities adhere to local and international maritime, aviation, and transport laws. Maintain real-time tracking logs for all active cargo.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation.
- Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple branches and departments.
- Highly clear written and verbal English skills to smoothly coordinate tasks with international managers and the Dubai head office via digital platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
