Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive real estate professional to identify, evaluate and coordinate potential land and property development opportunities across Pune and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify land parcels, society redevelopment opportunities, plotted layouts and residential projects for acquisition, development, joint development or trading.
- Source opportunities through brokers, direct landowners, developers, societies and other relevant channels.
- Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments of location, development potential and commercial viability.
- Prepare preliminary feasibility reports covering development potential, estimated costs, saleability and project returns.
- Coordinate meetings and negotiations with landowners, brokers, society representatives, developers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, legal advisors and consultants for technical and legal due diligence.
- Maintain a structured database of opportunities, record deal progress and ensure timely follow-ups through to closure.





Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of relevant real estate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of land acquisition, redevelopment, plotted development or residential projects.
- Understanding of development feasibility, FSI, zoning and basic land documentation.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and independently manage multiple opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel and preparation of feasibility reports and deal trackers.

Candidates with an existing network of landowners, brokers and redevelopment consultants in Pune will be preferred.
