- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual sales performance, customer enquiries, and lead conversion.
- Guide Sales Executives in customer handling, product presentations, and negotiation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer leads and showroom enquiries.
- Support the team in achieving vehicle booking, retail, and delivery targets.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review sales performance.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding targets, reports, and business development.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer records and CRM/DMS updates.
- Assist team members in resolving customer queries and closing sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional offers.
- Maintain qualified standards and ensure compliance with Tata Motors dealership procedures.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
