1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector – Footwear to ensure that footwear products meet established quality standards at every stage of production. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished footwear, identifying defects, maintaining inspection records, and coordinating with production teams to implement corrective actions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of footwear products.
- Inspect shoes for stitching, pasting, bonding, finishing, sizing, colour, shape, and material defects.
- Check the quality of uppers, soles, insoles, adhesives, and other footwear components.
- Verify products against approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, segregate, and report defective products and non-conformities.
- Monitor workmanship and quality at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with production and other relevant teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented to reduce recurring defects.




- Maintain inspection reports, defect records, rejection reports, and quality documentation.
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and customer requirements.
- Report recurring quality issues to the concerned supervisor or quality manager.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

- Practical experience in footwear quality control or shoe inspection.
- Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and quality checkpoints.
- Ability to identify defects in stitching, pasting, sole bonding, finishing, and sizing.
- Understanding of material quality, workmanship, and product specifications.
- Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain inspection records and prepare basic quality reports.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing units will be preferred.
- Experience in sports shoes, casual shoes, formal shoes, or other footwear categories will be an advantage.
- Candidates with practical exposure to production-line inspection and final quality inspection are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
