Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive regional business growth across Jaspur and neighboring territories by promoting agrochemical products, fertilizers, pesticides, and bio-inputs.
- Distributor & Dealer Network Management: Appoint, manage, and expand the network of dealers, distributors, and retail points across the designated area.
- Key Account & Relationship Building: Maintain robust relationships with existing trade partners, key institutional accounts, and progressive farmer groups.
- Demand Generation & Farmer Connect: Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field days to demonstrate product efficacy and generate demand.
- Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and market trends, providing regular updates to management.
- Collections & Outstanding Management: Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and manage credit limits effectively.

3. Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture, B.Tech / MBA in Agribusiness,



or any relevant graduate/postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven track record in B2B / B2C sales within the Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Bio-fertilizers, or Agribusiness sectors.
- Target Companies / Background Experience: Experience with or knowledge of leading agricultural inputs / crop science companies (e.g., Best Agrolife, Insecticides India, Amber Crop Science, Geo Life, India Pesticides, Peptech Bio, Kan Bioscience, T. Stanes, Indore Biotech, Agrico, Excel, etc.).
- Geographic Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the regional agricultural landscape, crop cycles (Paddy, Sugarcane, Wheat, etc.), and dealer networks in Jaspur and the surrounding Terai belt of Uttarakhand / UP border.
- Key Skills: Excellent negotiation, team leadership, dealer handling, presentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
