About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead our architecture team, manage clients, and take ownership of residential projects from design to execution.

The ideal candidate should be a positive architect, a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys taking responsibility.

Responsibilities

- Lead and guide the architecture team.
- Design and develop residential projects.
- Review drawings prepared by junior architects.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered on time.
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Present designs and explain drawings clearly to clients.
- Manage client feedback, changes, and approvals.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients throughout the project.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, structural consultants, and other teams.
- Visit sites when required and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure the design is practical and can be executed properly at site.
- Mentor junior architects and improve the overall quality of the team.
- Take ownership of project-related design and client issues until they are resolved.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree.
- 4–8 years of experience.
- Strong experience in residential architecture.




- Good knowledge of construction and site execution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience dealing directly with clients.
- Experience guiding or managing junior architects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Good English communication. Kannada is an advantage.
