Placement Coordinator
Location: Indore | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-Time
Role:
Manage learner placements, coordinate with companies and HRs, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure successful selection and joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HRs/recruiters for job opportunities.
- Match learners with suitable openings.
- Manage interviews, follow-ups, and joining.
- Maintain placement records and MIS.
- Support learners with resume and interview preparation.
- Achieve placement targets through consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
- MBA or any relevant graduate.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and convincing ability.
- Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Hunger to complete tasks and achieve results.
- Placement/recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
