Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with laboratory inward processing, tracking current status updates, and providing the required information.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams to prioritize customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively by coordinating with Sales, Lab, and Management teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.




- Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in along with robust written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
