Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and communication-skilled Tele caller to connect with dealers, distributors, and business partners for our solar products. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, maintaining dealer relationships, converting enquiries into sales order, and coordinating with the sales team to increase business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential dealers for solar product promotion.
- Follow up with dealers regarding product enquiries, orders, and requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Explain company products, offers, pricing, and schemes to dealers.
- Collect dealer feedback and market information.



Coordinate with the sales team for dealer requirements and order updates.
- Maintain daily call records and update dealer database.
- Generate leads and support dealer network expansion.
- Handle dealer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, Hindi (Added advantage)
- Experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and engagement Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle dealer conversations professionally.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Qualification:
- Any Degree Tele calling or customer handling knowledge will be an added advantage. Experience 1-3 years
