Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharma Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences requirements for our US clients

The ideal candidate should understand pharma job families, be able to assess candidate experience against complex requirements, and manage the complete recruitment cycle in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of US recruitment experience, preferably in Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Healthcare staffing.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical job families, clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and life-sciences terminology.
- Experience recruiting for Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, or R&D; roles.
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas, clinical trial phases, GxP, ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA,



and pharmaceutical compliance terminology.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, job boards, and passive candidate outreach.
- Knowledge of US staffing models:
- Knowledge of US work authorizations: USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, TPS, and Asylum.
- Experience with ATS/VMS platforms such as JobDiva, Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
