About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to join our team in Ravet. In this role, you will assist with daily operational tasks, heavy lifting, maintaining workspace organization and supporting skilled workers or staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

- General Assistance: Support team members, technicians or site managers with assigned daily tasks.
- Loading & Unloading: Help safely lift, move and organize materials, tools or products.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area, storage units or site clean, tidy and free of safety hazards.
- Equipment Handling: Assist in preparing, organizing and maintaining basic tools and equipment.
- Compliance:



Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of experience working as a helper, labourer or support staff.
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Ravet or nearby areas (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nigdi, Wakad) are preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical labor, standing for long hours and lifting moderate to heavy loads.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable and willing to learn.
