Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Search Campaigns and a performance-focused mindset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimize Google Search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis and negative keyword management.
- Create and optimize Responsive Search Ads (RSA).
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, location and audience targeting.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Manage Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns as required.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Continuously test and optimize ad copies, keywords, landing pages and bidding strategies.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and generate quality leads.
- Independently manage multiple campaigns and ensure efficient utilization of advertising budgets.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC.
- Strong expertise in Google Search Ads.
- Good understanding of PPC and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage and optimize multiple campaigns.
- Good understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting.
- Experience with Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Healthcare / Hospitals / Clinics / Medical businesses will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
