1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented App Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure and user-friendly applications, integrating APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with the product, design, and business teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience in mobile application development, and the ability to independently manage development projects from concept to deployment.

2. Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly application interfaces.
- Develop scalable application architecture and reusable code components.
- Implement new features, enhancements, and functionality based on business requirements.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, compatibility, and security.

Technical Development & Integration

- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, payment gateways and cloud-based systems.
- Develop and maintain backend integrations, databases, and authentication systems.
- Work with technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or other relevant frameworks.
- Implement secure login, role-based access, push notifications, and data synchronization.




- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.

Testing & Deployment

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Manage application releases, version control, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

Collaboration & Project Management

- Work with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and business teams.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and development plans.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and project progress meetings.
- Provide estimates for development timelines and ensure timely project delivery.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

3. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- 3–6 years of hands-on mobile application development experience.
- Proven experience developing and publishing mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of at least one major mobile development framework.
- Experience with API integration, databases, authentication, and cloud services.




- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Valuable understanding of application security, performance optimization, and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Preferred Technical Skills

- Mobile Development: Flutter, Dart, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Backend & APIs: Node.js, Python, PHP, REST APIs, JSON.
- Databases: Firebase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.
- Cloud & Services: AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, or Azure.
- Tools: GitHub, GitLab, Android Studio, Xcode, Postman, Jira.
- Additional Skills: CI/CD, automated testing, analytics, push notifications, and application monitoring.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of development milestones and project deliverables.
- Application stability, performance, and crash-free usage.
- Number and severity of bugs identified after deployment.
- Quality of code, documentation, and adherence to coding standards.
- Successful app releases and implementation of planned features.
- Responsiveness in resolving technical issues and production defects.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholder satisfaction.

7. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of the complete application development lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, proposing technical solutions, and delivering reliable applications aligned with business objectives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
