We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential client , driving engagement, resolving queries, and helping close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Cold call prospects from a provided database to pitch our products/services.
- Follow-ups: Actively follow up with warm leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed call logs and keep track of customer interactions in Microsoft Excel or CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly sales milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]
- Experience: 0–2 years (Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or BPO is a huge plus).
- Languages Known: [English, Hindi, and Regional Language if applicable]
- Good communication and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
