Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills, grooming and excellent presentation
- Confident, smart and well-spoken
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Fluent English communication will be compulsory
- Previous experience in retail / sales / stores management will be an added advantage
- Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle retail will be preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and representing a premium fragrance brand

Job Responsibilities

- Tele-calling sales and marketing for orders
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fragrances
- Working towards monthly and daily targets
- Maintain product displays and presentation to customers
- Should have innovative ideas to market and to promote products

- Responsible for attending to client queries, orders, sharing quotations
- Providing proper sales reports and status daily
- Attending to calls and responding to client emails
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills

Qualification

- Preferably graduates with 1-2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
- Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
