Job Title: Quality Documentation Executive/Officer
Experience: 1-5 years (Freshers may also apply)

Job Purpose

Manage all Quality Assurance documentation, compliance trackers, and audit records to ensure the plant remains fully compliant with international food safety and retailer standards (BRCGS, Sedex, Costco etc).

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Control

- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) by archiving, updating, and issuing SOPs, manuals, and batch records.
- Ensure strict version control so that only approved, current documents are accessible.

Tracker Management

- Update quality trackers daily, covering CAPA, customer complaints, non-conformances (NCR), and calibrations.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure compliance deadlines and corrective actions are closed on time.
- Compile weekly/monthly quality data into simple reports for management.




- Organize documentation packages specifically required for BRCGS, Sedex, and Costco audits.
- Retrieve and verify traceability records quickly during live compliance audits.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of back-office quality documentation experience in the FMCG or food industry.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with BRCGS, Sedex, and Costco supplier standards.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data logging, sorting, and basic formulas).
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strict with deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
