JOB DESCRIPTION — SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive responsible for converting enquiries and prospective patients into clinic visits and paid wellness programs. The role involves lead follow-ups, patient coordination, explaining services, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective patients generated through Meta ads, calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand the customer's concern and explain relevant Healthvadi services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate clinic visits.
- Counsel prospective patients on available programs, therapy packages, pricing, and payment options.
- Follow up with interested prospects and pending decisions.
- Coordinate with doctors for clinical questions; do not independently diagnose or promise treatment outcomes.
- Maintain lead status, follow-up dates, appointment records, and sales data in the CRM or prescribed sheet.
- Build relationships with existing patients and identify appropriate repeat-service and referral opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets for appointments,



clinic visits, conversions, and revenue.
- Submit daily sales reports to the team leader or management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or customer relationship management.
- Healthcare, clinic, Ayurveda, or wellness sales experience preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and basic English skills.
- Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
- Professional, persistent, organised, and target-oriented.

Performance Expectations

- Lead contact and follow-up discipline.
- Appointments booked and patients visiting the centre.
- Conversion rate and revenue generated.
- Accurate CRM records and timely reporting.
- Ethical communication without misleading medical claims.
