Position: Structural Designer – Steel Structures

Job Summary

Structural Designer specializing in steel structures and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The candidate should have strong knowledge of structural design, detailing, and relevant design software to support steel construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare structural designs and detailed drawings for steel structures and PEB projects.

Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro.

Develop 3D models and structural detailing using Tekla Structures.

Prepare fabrication and erection drawings as per project requirements.

Review structural drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

Coordinate with project engineers, design teams, and fabrication teams.





Revise drawings based on project requirements and engineering feedback.

Maintain project documentation and design reports.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tekla Structures and STAAD.Pro.

Knowledge of AutoCAD for structural drafting and detailing.

Robust understanding of steel structures, structural design, and construction practices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in PEB or steel structure projects is preferred.

Qualification

Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in steel structural design and detailing.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, technical skills, and company standards.
