We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our Instagram account, create engaging social media content, and stay updated with the latest digital trends. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, creative content development, reels editing, and social media growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s Instagram account.
- Create attractive and engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and stories.
- Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Research trending audio, reels, formats, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas aligned with the brand.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions with relevant keywords, SEO, and hashtags.
- Monitor audience engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and promotional content.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of Instagram management and social media marketing.
- Skills in video editing using tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
- A portfolio of Instagram posts, reels, or video-editing work.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and organic growth strategies.
