Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive manages the company’s online presence, publishes content across digital platforms, checks how content performs, and plans ways to improve reach and attract interested candidates.

Role Responsibilities:

· Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and increase audience reach and engagement.

· Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts. Publish and promote reels, candidate success stories, and other marketing content.

· Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, including reach, impressions and lead conversions. Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.

· Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Content Creator to plan marketing calendars and promotional campaigns. Work with the CRM team to improve lead follow-ups and candidate conversions.





· Lead Generation and Market Research: Identify target audiences, implement suitable lead-generation strategies, and research competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills:

· Strong written communication, planning and analytical skills.

· Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online promotions is preferred.

· Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.

Role Details:

Location: Chandragiri, Tirupati

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time
