Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.

* Communicate with international customers professionally and confidently.

* Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

* Maintain proper communication and follow company processes and guidelines.

* Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility

HSC/GRAD freshers can apply.

* Graduates and candidates with relevant customer service/BPO experience are welcome.

* Valuable English communication skills are required.





* Candidates should be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.

* Candidates willing to work from the Mumbai are preferred.
