About Ekam

Ekam helps patients from Africa, the Pacific and other countries get treatment at leading hospitals in India. We guide each patient from their first enquiry until they return home safely.

About the role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our international patients and their families. This is mainly an office-based role, with occasional visits to partner hospitals and the airport.

What you will do

- Respond to patient enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email
- Collect medical reports and share them with hospitals for treatment plans and cost estimates
- Coordinate appointments, admissions and doctor consultations
- Help patients with medical visa letters, travel and accommodation
- Keep patients and families updated at every step
- Maintain records and follow up with patients after they return home





What we are looking for

- Graduate in any discipline
- Good spoken and written English (Hindi helpful; French is a plus)
- Caring, patient and well organised
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer tools
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, travel or customer service is a plus

- Salary of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience

Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week
