About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Bidder to find new project opportunities on freelance and bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour and similar) and win them for our company. You will write strong proposals, build client relationships and work with our technical team to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for and shortlist relevant projects on bidding platforms every day.
- Write tailored, persuasive proposals and cover letters that match each client’s requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for bids submitted, leads generated and projects won.
- Communicate with clients through chat,



email and calls to understand their needs and answer queries.
- Follow up on pending leads and keep client relationships going after the sale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2 to 6 years of proven experience as a Bidder preferably in an IT or software company.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of web development, digital marketing or other IT services, enough to read client requirements and respond accurately.
- Robust negotiation, persuasion and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
